1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InvoiceBite (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and entities, whether using the Service for personal or commercial purposes.
2. Use License
Subject to these Terms, InvoiceBite grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal and commercial purposes as intended. This license does not permit you to:
- Modify, copy, or distribute any part of the Service or its content without prior written consent from InvoiceBite.
- Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose or public display not expressly permitted.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Service.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated.
- Safeguard your account credentials, including your password, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
- Notify InvoiceBite immediately at support@invoicebite.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
InvoiceBite reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion if it believes the provided information is inaccurate or if these Terms are violated.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
4.1 Subscription Fees
The Service operates on a subscription model. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during registration, and are non-refundable except as required by law. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial periods of service or unused time.
4.2 Payment Processing
You authorize InvoiceBite to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method. You must provide valid and current payment information. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
4.3 Price Changes
InvoiceBite may modify subscription fees at any time with at least 30 days' notice. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
5. Service Availability and Modifications
InvoiceBite strives to ensure high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. InvoiceBite may modify, enhance, or discontinue features of the Service at its discretion, with or without notice, but will endeavor to notify users of significant changes.
6. User Responsibilities and Conduct
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Refrain from uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Not interfere with the Service's functionality, including introducing viruses, malware, or engaging in activities that overburden the Service's infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, are the property of InvoiceBite or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any such materials without express permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoiceBite, its affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Unauthorized access to or use of your account or data.
- Any errors, omissions, or interruptions in the Service.
InvoiceBite's total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the six months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
InvoiceBite may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Non-payment of subscription fees.
- Conduct that InvoiceBite believes may harm its business or reputation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and InvoiceBite may delete your account data, subject to applicable law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property) will remain in effect.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.
12. Changes to These Terms
InvoiceBite may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InvoiceBite regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- No Waiver: InvoiceBite's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without InvoiceBite's prior written consent. InvoiceBite may assign these Terms without restriction.
